Grand Hotel

KCM personnel managed the construction of the Grand Hotel. The Grand Hotel is one of three hotels at the Coushatta Casino Resort campus. It is the premier "Class A" lodging on the property, and has been operating for approximately 20 years. Originally, this Project involved only the exterior remodeling of the hotel; however, after analyzing the current campus rebranding initiative, and considering budget allowances, the Owner decided to amend the scope to include the renovation of the hotel. The Project consists of the redesign and replacement of the exterior building envelope, including the roofing and windows, and the renovation and updating of the interior, including guest rooms, bathrooms, elevators, and corridors.
