Phillips 66 Executive Aviation Hangar

Phillips 66 is a global leader in the petroleum industry. Their executive hangar is located in Houston at IAH, which contains the maintenance facility with executive offices, a full service kitchen, a conference room, and a waiting area equipped to service royalty. The existing covered parking did not have efficient spaces for the executives and staff. KCM worked with our exclusive client to deliver a covered structure that is engineered to have a floating appearance to eliminate columns inside the parking area. KCM orchestrated their fast track method and was able to eliminate the need to use cranes which avoided the 60 day approval for a 7460 required by the FAA
