Phillips 66 Executive Aviation Hangar


Summary

Phillips 66 is a global leader in the petroleum industry. Their executive hangar is located in Houston at IAH, which contains the maintenance facility with executive offices, a full service kitchen, a conference room, and a waiting area equipped to service royalty. The existing covered parking did not have efficient spaces for the executives and staff. KCM worked with our exclusive client to deliver a covered structure that is engineered to have a floating appearance to eliminate columns inside the parking area. KCM orchestrated their fast track method and was able to eliminate the need to use cranes which avoided the 60 day approval for a 7460 required by the FAA

Menzies Aviation Terminal Office Renovation


Summary

Menzies Aviation is global provider of passenger, ramp and cargo handling service providing service at IAH Airport in Houston, Texas. Operating at 149 stations in 31 countries and supported by a worldwide team of more than 21,500 people, they serve over 500 airline customers handling over 1.0 million flights and 1.5 million tonnes of cargo per annum. This office buildout was built to replace the older 3,000 SF existing office located on the north side of the airport. The facility had to be constructed while staying 100% operational. The tight schedule necessitated a Design Build, LEAN Construction (JIT) delivery method. The modern facility was with total construction duration of 60 days.

Korean Air Office Buildout


Summary

This project was developed using our fast track method. Korean Air needed new office spaces since they were new to IAH. KCM assisted them with this task and understood that they needed the space within a matter of days to be able to conduct their their inaugural flight to Houston. This project was coordinated with HAS and the City of Houston permitting department to receive approval for the office in Houston. KCM worked around the clock to deliver Korean Air their office space ahead of schedule. This was a key factor that allowed for a successful first flight in Houston.
